My Healthy Diet Menu

Hi everyone,

It has been 3 weeks I live in a world of so called 'Healthy Lifestyle'. At early stage I feel so disaster..but afterwards, I think I'm ok with it. For the sake of health...why not.

Here I would like to share how my healthy diet routine.

Working Day

Morning:

I took heavy breakfast like Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, Whole Wheat Bread with patty or anything equivalent.

Lunch :

I took fruits only. Sometime I didnt since my stomach still full due to heavy breakfast taken.

Tea time :

I took fruits.

Dinner :

I took vege soup. Must take before 8pm.


plus- I do exercise at least 30 minutes per day after working hour.


Weekend

Morning :

I took fruits only.

Lunch :

I took a table spoon of rice, more protein like fish and chicken (I prefer fish), more vege.

Tea time:

Fruits

Dinner:

Before 8pm. I took some protein and vege only. No carbo ok.

-plus , I do exercise at least for one hour.



I felt that my weight is quite stubborn to reduce but in 3 weeks I just manage to reduce 1.5kg. I hope I might be consistent till the end.
