Aerobics Session with Jillian Michaels

Hi...

One of my friends gave me a video CD of Jillian Michael named '30 Days Shred'. It was awesome. My body sweat very much and I felt a little bit lighter afterwards...hehe but I do not think it has been any correlation with my body weight.




I do it every day for half an hour and one hour on Sunday. For the first couple of days, it was so terrible to finish up even one session of 30 minutes for the Day 1. Last Sunday, I just managed to do it only up to 20 minutes from 50 minutes Aerobics session. I was sweating like hell and out of my breathe.

But today, I managed to do it up to 45 minutes from the 50 minutes Aerobics Session. Pheww. For me it is quite impressive. I never did Aerobics consistently in my life like now. It was so enjoyable hence you felt your body become healthier and lighter.

My Healthy Diet Menu

Hi everyone,

It has been 3 weeks I live in a world of so called 'Healthy Lifestyle'. At early stage I feel so disaster..but afterwards, I think I'm ok with it. For the sake of health...why not.

Here I would like to share how my healthy diet routine.

Working Day

Morning:

I took heavy breakfast like Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, Whole Wheat Bread with patty or anything equivalent.

Lunch :

I took fruits only. Sometime I didnt since my stomach still full due to heavy breakfast taken.

Tea time :

I took fruits.

Dinner :

I took vege soup. Must take before 8pm.


plus- I do exercise at least 30 minutes per day after working hour.


Weekend

Morning :

I took fruits only.

Lunch :

I took a table spoon of rice, more protein like fish and chicken (I prefer fish), more vege.

Tea time:

Fruits

Dinner:

Before 8pm. I took some protein and vege only. No carbo ok.

-plus , I do exercise at least for one hour.



I felt that my weight is quite stubborn to reduce but in 3 weeks I just manage to reduce 1.5kg. I hope I might be consistent till the end.

2012 NEW RESOLUTION

Good Morning Universe


Thank to God because we still have an opportunity to live our life to the fullest on year 2012. Alhamdulillah. As for my first entry, I wanna write my top ten 2012 new resolution. Breathing.


Dear God,

Give me some courage, so that I can fulfill all the ten resolution. Amin.


Here are my Ten 2012 New Resolution.

  1. To Loose some weight. It easy to gain weight but disaster to loose it back, phewww. My maximun target is 5 kg to loose within this three months and the minimun is 2.5kg. I must achieve this before April is coming. Come on, Dear.
  2. To stay healthy and totally change my lifestyle into a healthy lifestyle. No more processing and canned food. Exercise for everyday. Eat a lots of fruits and vege. No more Supper. Whoah..
  3. I want to wake up before 6 am every day!
  4. I must avoid sleeping more than 5 hours. (Sunday is forgivable)
  5. To improve my guitar skill which is currently at level 1. I hope I can play one of my favourite song to Mazlie without any flat and discordant note.
  6. To complete my interior designing project for my living room. The furniture have been well arranged exept for some finishing at the Dining space, choosing the best picture for the frame, some decoration. Afterwards, I must start my plan with the bedroom. I'm soo excitedd.
  7. I want to be expert in Economy subject. Being ignorance in Economy is really make me inferior at the work place. Haishh....actually I really hate economy subject during my college time. Now...regret.
  8. I want to take at least 2 paper for ACCA and sits for the exam.
  9. I want to give Mazlie a leather wallet as a present.
  10. I want to go a vacation, out from Malaysia. I dont care where is it as long as outside Malaysia.

I really hope I can fulfill all of it before the end of year 2012. Wish me luck!!! Hugsss...
